How can I resolve the stock/ inventory mismatch between sales channel and OMS

A step by step guide to resolve Stock/Inventory Mismatch between Anchanto OMS and sales channels.


If your stock/inventory on Anchanto OMS does not match with that of the sales channel, user can perform a Stock Sync from OMS UI.

  1. Login to the OMS account and go to the 'Inventory' module

  2. Click on 'Stock Sync' button (at extreme upper right corner), enable the 'All Stores’ check box for syncing stock for all Marketplaces. Then click on the 'Sync Stock' button. (this activity can be performed once a day as this is for bulk upload stock

  3. However, you can also select specific marketplace with which you wish to sync stock and click on 'Sync Stock' button.


This will send the stock available in OMS to the Sales Channel.





Note: Manual stock sync will only able to perform once a day (24hour), 

          User can also select the particular product to be synced and click on "Sync Selected" button to sync



User can also download the Stock Discrepancy Report from the Reports Module to see the detailed difference in the stock



 User should do the following check :


1. If the product is active on OMS & Sales channels

2. If the sales channel is connected or disconnected

4. If the product is in the delisted status

3. If the product has duplicate SKU code.

5. If the product is part of a promotion.


Note - For any ISKU to sync into WMS, the CSKU attached to it should be listed on the marketplace.

Also make sure WMS is not disconnected
