What are the different states that my inventory can have?

Your inventory in SelluSeller can have the following statuses:

1) Warehouse stock

Warehouse stock is the in-hand stock you have. It is the total physical stock available in your warehouse.

Warehouse stock (In-hand stock)= Sales Channel stock+Buffer stock+On-hold stock+Unusable stock

2) Unusable stock

Unusable stock is the stock that is not available for sale.

3) Sales channel stock

Sales channel stock is the total stock that you have listed across various sales channel stores through SelluSeller.

4) On-hold stock

On-hold stock is the sum of all stock that is in 'Un-paid Order' state and 'Problem Orders' state. It is not counted under marketplace stock and is not considered as sellable.

5) In-process stock

In-process stock is the stock that is occupied in orders or under unverified cancelled orders.

6) Buffer stock

Buffer stock is the reserved stock. This stock is not available for sale on the sales channels.

You can however, release this stock into your usable stock anytime you wish to do so.
