To enable serialize inventory management for products in Wareo. Kinldy follow below steps:
Step1: Firstly, to enable the configuration at customer/company level. Navigate to Configurations> Customers> All
Step2: Click on Company Configuration which is the third gear icon action button under the Action column.
Step3: Check the Is USN Base flag and update the settings by clicking the Save button
Kindly ensure that during product creation you have activated Serial/IMEI Base Management for the product, once the company level setting is enabled. Now the warehouse team will be able to capture the serial number of the product during inbounding and during order processing.
