While processing order in Wareo, it may happen that you would observe “Total order item quantity and total item location quantity is Mismatched. Click here to resolve” error in picking app during picking.
Why do I see this error?
This error appears when picking locations are not generated for the order in exceptional scenarios when same stock quantity gets assigned to two different orders due to the concurrency of the job executed at same time.
Action required from your end
1. Click on the Click here button to resolve this error.
2. Upon clicking on this button, the locations get regenerated
3. If locations are not getting generated even after clicking on this button you can raise the ticket to support team to assist on this.
