While performing any movement for product or operations you may observe the error: ‘Invalid USN / Serial Number Scanned.” while scanning the product.
Why do I see this error?
This error appears when wrong SN or USN or it may happen the SN is not registered with the product during inbounding in Wareo.
Action required from your end:
1. Check if the scanned product is correct Or
2. Validate if SN is registered with product Or
3. If a product is enabled for serial management in Wareo
