Unable to track dispatch order Wareo, the order status gets automatically updated to completed upon scanning order directly in dispatch.

Why do I see this happen?

This happens when the tracking for dispatch is disabled for carrier in Wareo under carrier settings.

 

Action required from your end:

1. Check if Is for eWMS setting is enabled for the carrier. 

2. To enable this setting, go to Warehouse Setup>Carriers>ALL

3. Search the carrier and click the Edit button

4. You will view the details of the carrier
