How to raise a query?

Anchanto Customer Care team is there as your first line of support, 7 days a week from 0600-2100 SGT.

  • Go to help.anchanto.com
  • Click on "Submit A Ticket"
  • Fill up the required information and click on Submit
  • You will receive an email with the Ticket Number
  • Our Customer Care Executive will look into your query and revert back to you shortly. 

Chat with Us:-

  • Click on the chat icon on your SelluSeller Dashboard 
  • Enter the required details 
  • One of Our Customer Care Executives will guide you through your queries. 

Write to Us:-

  • Email us at help@anchanto.com with the details of your query
  • You will receive an email with the Ticket Number
  • The Customer Care Executive will look into your query and revert back to you shortly. 

Reach us through Line/Whatsapp:-

  • We are also available on Social Media channels like Line and Whatsapp
  • Simply ping us your queries and we will respond with the solutions.

If an issue arises while we are away, you can also drop us an email with the screenshot of the issue or raise a ticket and we will respond to the ticket on the next business day.
