Syncing Stock Reservation from Shopee to OMS


Running promotional campaigns on Shopee? 


You can now automatically sync all your Shopee stock reservations to our OMS.


For each promotional campaign that you create or participate in, a certain stock quantity is allocated to the promotion. Once Shopee approves the products, the said stock quantity will be deducted from the total stock of that product and will be reserved for promotion on the Shopee store.


Anchanto OMS will reserve the same stock quantity by creating a ‘Flash Sale- Stock Reservation’, hence automatically syncing your reserved stock. You will still be able to use the remaining stock (total stock minus reserved stock) for other sales channels. 


This feature will be live from 15th October, 2022 6:00PM (SGT). 


Note: ‘Flash Sale Stock Reservation’ will be auto synced for Shopee only. For all other sales channels, sellers will have to manually reserve/allocate the stock quantity using ‘Flash Sales’ promotion in OMS.

  1. ‘Flash Sale Stock Reservation’ will be auto synced for Shopee only. For all other sales channels, sellers will have to manually reserve/allocate the stock quantity using ‘Flash Sales’ promotion in OMS.

  2. Stock will be reserved on OMS only if the nominated products in Shopee campaigns are approved. 

  3. The catalogue product has to be available in OMS to sync the stock reservation from Shopee to OMS. 

  4. While participating in the campaign or creating any promotion by reserving the stock for a product on Shopee, make sure there are no Flash Sale reservations created for the same Shopee store in OMS.
