Q1: What is the "Mark Orders Cancelled" feature?

Ans: The "Mark Orders Cancelled" feature is a new option in Anchanto OMS that allows users to easily cancel one or more orders in bulk.


Q2: How do I access the "Mark Orders Cancelled" option in Anchanto OMS?

Ans: To access the "Mark Orders Cancelled" option, select one or more orders from the New, Ready to ship, or Shipped  orders tab, and then click on the "Actions" dropdown to find the option.


Q3: Can I use the "Mark Orders Cancelled" feature to cancel multiple orders at once?

Ans: Yes, the "Mark Orders Cancelled" feature allows users to cancel up to 10 orders at once.


Q4: Will the "Mark Orders Cancelled" feature update the cancellation status on the marketplace?

Ans: No, the "Mark Orders Cancelled" feature will only update the cancellation status in Anchanto OMS and WMS2 & WM3 (if connected).


Q5: What happens when I select more than 10 orders to cancel using the "Mark Orders Cancelled" option?

Ans: If you select more than 10 orders to cancel, a validation message will appear notifying you that "Up to 10 orders can be moved to cancelled at a time".


Q6: What information do I need to provide when using the "Mark Orders Cancelled" feature?

Ans: When using the "Mark Orders Cancelled" feature, you will need to select a predefined reason for the cancellation from a dropdown menu and decide whether or not to revert the stock back to "available to purchase".


Q7: Can I cancel orders from all sales channels using the "Mark Orders Cancelled" feature?

Ans: Yes, the "Mark Orders Cancelled" feature is available for all orders from all sales channels, making it easier to manage orders from various sources. But not that the orders status will not be updated to the respective sales channel and user has to cancelled on Sales channel separately.


Q8: How I can revert the canceled order using the "Mark Orders Cancelled" feature?

Ans: Cancellation can be reverted so please make sure you are cancelling the correct orders before you proceed for the cancellation.


Q9: Can I revert stock back to "available to purchase" using the "Mark Orders Cancelled" feature?

Ans: Yes, the "Mark Orders Cancelled" feature allows you to choose whether or not to revert the stock back to "available to purchase" when cancelling an order.


Q10: Who has access to the "Mark Orders Cancelled" feature in Anchanto OMS?

Ans: Users with Master admin, Seller admin, Operations admin, or Custom roles having access to the orders module can perform the "Mark Orders Cancelled" operation.
