Reasons for not getting shipping labels:
1. First check if admin user is deleted or not. The admin user which used to integrate the OMS with WMS.
In that case seller needs to reconnect the OMS-WMS2 with new Admin user or take help from Anchanto support team.
2. Also check if anyone updated the Zip code in warehouse address which is not valid zip code.
3. User need to use either the WMS default label or the 3PL label.
