To update stocks in WMS, user needs to do stock transfer
•To Stock Transfer we can move stock from one location to another location.
•There are three different types of Stock Transfer:
A)Location to Location: User can transfer SKUs from one location to another location for particular Customer/Company. Stock can be transferred for Selected products or All products from particular location.
B)LPN to LPN: We can use this to transfer one LPN no to another LPN no. (LPN: License Plate Number)
C)SKU to SKU: Using this we can transfer a SKU from one Customer to another Customer SKU.
Step 1: Select Inventory Module and select Stock Transfer.
Step 2: Click on Create New Stock Transfer to select Stock Transfer Type.
Step 3: Select Stock Transfer Type Location To Location, next to select which Company stocks you are moving and from which Location
Step 4: Select Stock Transfer for All Products or Search Particular Product which is available under selected location.
Step 5: Update Transfer Units and click on Create Stock Transfer.
Step 6: Created Stock Transfer Transaction is visible in updated list.
Step 7: Scan/Enter selected SKU which need to transfer. Add Moving Quantity and Scan Destination Location where we need to Transfer SKU and complete the transaction.
Step 8: Click Confirm to Transfer Stock to desired location. Stock now transferred successfully.
