When a user processes picking and packing in the WMS for any order, the order is deemed to be moved out of the unassigned and assigned statuses since both picking and packing have been completed. And we could not revert the order from the Dispatch state to the Unassigned state.
Solutions
Users can cancel this order, perform put away for the picked products. Create a offline order.
