Orders stuck in missing label for a long time

If you are facing orders on WMS missing label section for more then 3-4 hours after you have done manual label fetching, users are advised to check that particular order status directly on Marketplace if the status is still under processing or cancelled.


If the order status is under processing, user can raise ticket to our support team to get more information at help@anchanto.com.


If the order status is cancelled, user may cancel the order in the WMS and process the put-away cancel orders items back into their respective locations.
