Shopee Multi Warehousing

We are very excited to share a new feature in the Anchanto Order Management (OM) for Shopee Multi Warehousing. This enhancement would enable our user in an effortless and user-friendly experience. 

This new feature is now live. 

Shopee Multi-Warehouse integration with Anchanto Order Management (OM) allows sellers to sync their inventory and orders from multiple warehouses in Shopee to their Anchanto OM account. With this integration, sellers can allocate and map their warehouses in Shopee to their corresponding Anchanto OM warehouses, making it easier to manage their inventory and fulfil orders.

For Non-Multi-Warehouse sellers, they will be able to choose only one warehouse from Shopee to sync with Anchnato OM. On the other hand, multi-warehouse sellers will be prompted to select their Anchanto OM warehouse for each Shopee warehouse, which will ensure that their inventory and orders are synced to the correct warehouse in Anchanto OM.

• Shopee MW Settings UI - Upon connecting their Shopee store to Anchanto OM, sellers will be prompted to select their warehouses. For Non-Multi-Warehouse sellers, they can select only one warehouse from Shopee to sync with Anchanto OM. For Multi-Warehouse sellers, they will be prompted to select their OM warehouse for each Shopee warehouse.
• Sync Sequence - With the integration, the sync sequence for products and orders will be changed to ensure that only products and orders from the mapped warehouses are synced to Anchanto OM.
• Warehouse Configuration - For Shopee Multi-Warehouse sellers, the Warehouse Configuration option in Anchanto OM will be disabled for other routing options to avoid conflicts.
• Stock Sync - Stock levels from the mapped warehouses in Shopee will be synced to their corresponding Anchanto OM warehouse.
• Order Sync - Orders from the mapped warehouses in Shopee will be synced to their corresponding Anchanto OM warehouse. If Shopee sends orders from multiple warehouses, they will be split into separate shipments.
• RTS Update - The RTS status update in Shopee will be based on the allocated warehouse in Anchanto OM.
• Efficient Inventory Management - Shopee MW integration with Anchanto OM helps sellers manage their inventory more efficiently by syncing their stock levels from Shopee to their Anchanto OM account. This ensures that they have accurate stock levels across all warehouses, which can help them avoid overselling or stockout.
• Streamlined Order Fulfilment - With the integration, orders can be synced from multiple warehouses in Shopee to their corresponding Anchanto OM warehouses. This helps sellers streamline their order fulfilment process by allowing them to fulfil orders from the correct warehouse.
• Improved Customer Experience - By ensuring accurate stock levels and timely order fulfilment, sellers can provide a better customer experience to their buyers, leading to higher customer satisfaction and retention.

  
  

Note:  

• Before connecting to the Shopee multi-warehouse feature, sellers must configure multi-warehousing in Anchanto OM.  
• If an existing Anchanto OM customer wishes to use Shopee MW, they must first convert their account from the backend. All existing data will be transferred to the first warehouse by default.
• Existing Anchanto OM customers must unlink and reconnect to configure the multi-warehousing settings.
• Shopee auto promotions will not be reflected on OM as per our current scope.
• If Anchanto OM seller is a non-multi-warehousing seller, they will only be able to select one warehouse from Shopee. 
• At present, we have this feature in a limited scope, which prevents the changing of the mapping of warehouses post the first-time integration with Shopee. However, we plan to enhance this feature in the future to expand its usability for customers.

Q: What is Shopee multi-warehousing?

A: Shopee multi-warehousing is a feature that allows sellers on the Shopee marketplace to manage their inventory across multiple warehouses. It helps sellers to streamline their operations, reduce shipping costs, and improve customer experience.

Q: How do I map my Anchanto OM warehouse to my Shopee warehouse?

A: You can map your Anchanto OM warehouse to your Shopee warehouse by selecting the warehouse against each Shopee warehouse in the pop-up that appears when you connect your Shopee store to OM into the Anchanto OM user interface.

Q: Can I map the same warehouse to multiple Shopee warehouses?

A: No, you cannot map the same warehouse to multiple Shopee warehouses. Each OMS warehouse can only be mapped to a single Shopee warehouse.

Q: What happens if I don't map all my Shopee warehouses to an OMS warehouse?

A: If you don't map all your Shopee warehouses to an OMS warehouse, orders for the unmapped Shopee warehouses will not be synced to the OMS. Only orders for the selected warehouses will be synced to the OMS.

Q: Can I change my warehouse mapping after it has been confirmed?

A: In the current scope. No, you cannot change your warehouse mapping once it has been confirmed. If you need to make changes, you will have to raise a ticket to support and make the changes from the backend.

Q: How does the product and order syncing work with multi-warehousing?

A: Once you have mapped your warehouses, the product and order syncing will only be initiated for the selected warehouse. The stock of the product will be synced to the selected warehouse on Shopee, and the order will be synced to the mapped warehouse in Anchanto OM.

Q: What happens if a Shopee order is split across multiple warehouses?

A: If a Shopee order is split across multiple warehouses, both orders will be synced to the Anchanto OM in their respective mapped warehouse.

Q: Can I use other routing logics in Anchanto OM if I have a Shopee multi-warehousing account?

A: No, if you have a Shopee multi-warehousing account, you will be restricted to using the marketplace routing logic in OM.

Q: What do I do if I encounter issues with the Shopee multi-warehousing integration?

A: If you encounter any issues with the Shopee multi-warehousing integration, you can reach out to Shopee support for assistance. They will be able to provide you with guidance and help you resolve any issues.

To add multiple warehouse in OM account for Shopee, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Login > Integrations Tab
2. Start Integration > select Shopee store
   
   
3. Select the number of warehouses
   
4. Click on start integration
5. Select the mapping with the warehousing
