We are very excited to share the new enhancement as an option for Priority Delivery in the Anchanto Order Management (OM). This document will help you to understand the need, key features, pre-requisites, and important notes of the launched feature.
The new feature that supports Priority Orders from Lazada on Anchanto OM. This feature helps eligible sellers to fulfill orders faster and enhance the end-user experience. Now, the priority tag will be shown along with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in the OMS, making it easy for sellers to identify and process such orders with the given SLA by Lazada.
Enhanced Capabilities :
- Capture the priority fulfilment tag and display it as 'Priority' against relevant orders in the Anchanto OM.
- Added a new column 'Order pack before' in the New orders tab to track down Ready to ship date/ SLA received from Lazada.
- Added the 'Order pack before' column in the new order export.
- Provision to send the tag and order pack SLA to WMS3 and OMS open and user API for better integration.
- Improved End-User Experience: By fulfilling orders faster, the priority tag feature helps to enhance the overall end-user experience. Customers are more likely to return for future purchases if they have a positive experience.

- Login > Order Module > New Orders Tab
- Select a Lazada store
- With No Priority (without SLA):
- Priority appear if marked on Lazada (with SLA):
