Maximum Retail Price (MRP) not updated in platform

Should user find either the price of item is not match between OMS and platform, user can perform below checking.

1) Check if item are currently running any promotion at platform directly.

2) Check if any OMS promotion created for the specific item.
3) Check if item has a "Selling Price" information from OMS catalogue.

Should the above are not being able to found, kindly raise ticket for our technical support team to check further and
provide fix. (
