We are very excited to share the new improvements in the Anchanto Order Management (OM). These enhancements would enable our user in an effortless and user-friendly experience.
These new features are now live.
Auto move orders from Cancel in Process to Cancelled
The new feature allows the sellers to configure the system to automatically move orders in the "Cancel in Process" state to "Cancelled" status. This leverage operations for sellers who need a more efficient way to handle order cancellations, especially for orders that are cancelled after the Ready to Ship (RTS) stage. By automating the transition from Cancel in Process to Cancelled status.
Sellers can enable or disable the auto move feature from the Configuration tab in the Orders module. The Seller admins and other roles with access to the orders module can manage the configuration setting in OMS. It is also important to note that the stock of the cancelled order will not be updated to the inventory stock once this is enabled as per the business case of the feature.
How to enable the setting?
1. Login > Account Settings > Overview
2. Click and enable on the toggle button
3. Popup appears for confirmation > Click on Accept
4. Toggle button activated turns green on the user interface.
Category Sync option for Webstores
The new enhancement caters to sellers who frequently add or update categories and attributes in their webstores. Now the sellers can manually sync categories which immediate synchronisation with the connected stores, enabling sellers to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in their Anchanto OM. Category sync support popular webstore platforms such as Magento, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and OpenCart, without having to wait for the scheduled Sunday sync.
Note: This feature to sync categories will be limited in the following cases:
- Option is not visible for disconnected marketplace
- Sync categories option is not allowed on sale day
How to enable the setting?
1. Login > Integrations > E-commerce Channels
2. Check one of the connected web-store and click on the three dots on the top right of the grid.
3. Option to sync Categories is available now.
