Cancelled Orders - WMS 3.0

Cancelled Orders

 

  • User can cancel orders from web UI.
  • Cancelled order will move to Cancelled page.
  • If the order has been processed, inbound staff need to put away the cancelled product back to the location.


Cancelled - New Order

 

  • To cancel new order access New Order page, click on “Arrow Icon” for next action. Select “Cancel Order” to cancel the order.


  • You can see the cancelled order on Cancelled page.


Cancelled - Processed Order

  • To cancel processed order access All order page and navigate to In Process tab, click on “Arrow Icon” for next action. Select “Cancel Order” to cancel the order.



  • Go to Cancelled page and navigate to Put Away tab. Click on “Arrow Icon” for next action. Select “Put Away ” to start the put away process.

 

Put Away - Cancelled Order

 

  • On the Put Away page select the product Condition (Usable/Unusable). Scan/select the location and input the No. of Units. Then click Put Away button to complete the process.
