Hello Everyone,
We're thrilled to announce a new capability for multi-warehouse management in the Order Management System (OMS). This feature allows sellers to delete warehouses created for testing or by mistake.
This new feature is now live.
Use Case
The issue was that sellers previously had limitation to delete warehouses created for onboarding or testing. Now, sellers can independently address this without the support of the Anchanto Care team. This aims to streamlines inventory and order processing, eliminating gaps.

Steps to follow
1. Login to Anchanto OM.
2. Navigate to the warehousing module. (Only available for Multi-warehousing enabled OMS accounts)
3. Select Warehouse > Click on Actions icon > Delete Warehouse
4. Proceed on the Pop-up
5. and Hence the same will be deleted.
Note:
- This fuctionality is only available in OMS multi-warehouse accounts.
- In case the warehouse is connected to an active sales channel then the option to delete the WH will be greyed out.
- In case there is only one active warehouse in the account then also the option to delete the WH will be greyed out.
