We are pleased to announce the release of new improvements addressing the enhanced Pre-Booking Promotion functionality. This enhancement improves the overall efficiency and user experience in promotion management.

Business Use Case
The new release addresses the limitations faced when adding or removing products from existing Pre-Booking Promotions. Previously, if a seller wanted to remove even a single product from a prebooking promotion, they had to cancel or stop the entire promotion and create a new one, excluding the specific product. This process was time-consuming and inefficient. The release introduces the ability to add or remove products, update pre-booking counts, and modify promotion dates and times for ongoing and upcoming pre-booking promotions.

- Time-Saving Bulk Update: Sellers can utilize the bulk file upload feature to make changes to multiple promotions simultaneously. This functionality saves time and effort, especially when managing a large number of products or promotions.
Key Capabilities
- Adding or removing products from ongoing and upcoming prebooking promotions using the OMS UI and bulk file upload.
- Updating the Prebooking count of existing products for ongoing and upcoming prebooking promotions.
- Changing the end date and time of ongoing prebooking promotions through the OMS UI and bulk file upload.
- Modifying the start and end dates and times of upcoming prebooking promotions using the OMS UI and bulk file upload.
- Error reporting for bulk file uploads, highlighting any issues or overlapping promotions for the same product on the same marketplace with the same start and end dates and times.
- Support for prebooking promotion updates in both multiwarehouse and non-multiwarehouse OMS accounts.
User Guide
- Login > Promotions > Pre-Booking
- Click on Create Promotion button on the top right of the grid.
- Click on Pre-Booking
- Enter details as shown below:
- Name
- Store
- Date Range and time
- SKU's to be promoted
- Quantity
- Click on Create promotion.
- Once created it appears in the grid as Upcoming.
- To edit click on the edit option
- Edit option is also available on the Promotion details tab. ( if you click on promotion id this is pop up)
- Click on edit promotion
- You can now:
- Edit Name
- Add SKU
- Remove SKU
- Update stock quantity lity
- Change date range
- Update description
- Click on Update Promotion
