We are excited to announce the following new features and enhancements in WMS.
- A new "Unit Price" column has been added to the Bulk Stock Update template, making it easier for users to manage and update unit prices for stock items in bulk.
- Users now can define and manage their own payment methods within the Warehouse settings. Default payment methods provided by Anchanto will be available by default, and users can easily select and apply these payment methods when creating offline orders.
- Users can generate ad-hoc billing reports based on custom date ranges, offering flexibility in financial data analysis. For example, users can create ad-hoc billing reports covering specific periods, such as from October 1st to October 10th, and conveniently download these reports from the Report section.
- In the WMS web version, users can now see the names of pickers in the "Pick -> Assigned" tab and packers in the "Pack" section, enhancing visibility and accountability in the system.
These new features empower users with better control, reporting, and operational insights, enhancing their experience with WMS.

1. Bulk Stock Update Template Enhancement

2.Custom Payment Methods in Warehouses

Add new Payment Method: User can create a new payment method after selecting ‘Add New Payment Method’

3. Billing Report Generation with Custom Date Ranges: We are pleased to announce the introduction of a dynamic billing report generation feature.
Feature: Users can generate billing reports based on ad-hoc date ranges. For example, you can generate a billing report from one date to another as needed.
Custom Date Ranges: Users now have the flexibility to generate billing reports based on specific date ranges, enabling tailored financial data analysis. For example, you can generate a billing report for a custom period, such as from October 1st to October 10th.
Effortless Download: These customized reports are readily available for download directly from the Report section.]
Informed Decision-Making: This feature empowers users to create reports that align precisely with their analytical requirements, contributing to more informed and data-driven decision-making.
Benefit: This flexibility empowers users to generate billing reports for specific time periods, enhancing their ability to monitor and analyze financial data. Reports can be conveniently downloaded from the Reports section. User can download max 30 days of report from ad hoc date range selection.
4.Picker and Packer Identification in Web Version
Feature: WMS users can now view the names of pickers assigned to the order in the "Pick -> Assigned" tab and packers in the "Pack" section within the web version.
Benefit: This feature improves visibility and accountability within the system, allowing users to easily identify the individuals responsible for specific tasks during order fulfillment.
