When the same SKU presents for multiple variations of group products on marketplace, this will cause product unsync from marketplace to Anchanto OMS due to variation code mismatch.
To solve the product unsync due to variation code mismatch, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Navigate to catalogue module and select the dropdown of unsync tab. Then select Variation Code Mismatch
Step 2: The system will show the list of products that not synced to Anchanto OMS due to variation code mismatch
Step 3: The user is required to login seller's platform and change the SKU code of the variation products present in variation code mismatch tab. The user must ensure that all the variant products of the group products are having unique SKU code in the marketplace.
Step 4: Go to integration module - ecommerce channels, select the store that user updated the SKU code in step 3. Click on the three vertical dots and select product sync to sync the product with updated SKU to Anchanto OMS.
