User Guide | Force Sync to Enhance Product Listing

Hello Everyone,


We are thrilled to announce a new enhancement for product listing in the Order Management System (OMS). We have introduced a new option to sync products from sales channels that haven't been updated on their listing status in OMS.

This new enhancement is now live.


Use Case

 

When listing on the marketplace, sellers may find SKUs correctly listed from OMS, but with no status update from the marketplace. In OMS, they appear under 'listing in progress.' 


To resolve this, OMS introduced the option to force sync the status from the marketplace, triggering an update call for pending items without sales channel updates. This retrieves the current status of products awaiting responses on their listing status from sales channels.

Steps to follow


1. Login to Anchanto OM.


2. Go to Catalogue tab > Other  > Listing in Progress


3. Click on the 'Force Sync' button to resolve the missing fields from the product data.  


4. From the drop down select the sales channels for which you wish to sync the fields.


5. And click on force sync.
