User Guide | Update Warehouse Address for Efficiency in OMS

Hello Everyone,


We're excited to announce a new warehouse management capability in the Order Management System (OMS). Sellers can now input the full address for each warehouse, ensuring accurate identification of pickup warehouse addresses.


Use Case

 

Previously, the gap existed as the seller address from the OMS account was sent to the 3rd-party logistic carriers as the sender address, causing confusion for fulfillment centers and 3PLs in managing shipment pickup accuracy. 


Now, users can autonomously add warehouse or seller pickup addresses directly through the OMS interface, eliminating the need for Anchanto support. This applies to both non-multiwarehouse and multiwarehouse accounts, ensuring efficient address management. The added addresses seamlessly transmit to integrated 3PL partners, streamlining the order fulfilment process.

Steps to Follow


# Multi-warehousing OMS Account

1. Login to Anchanto OM.

2. Navigate to the warehouse module 

3. Select the warehouse > click on Edit action 


 4. Add details of the warehouse and Save. 


# Non-warehousing or Standard OMS Account

1. Login to Anchanto OM.

2. Navigate to the account setting module


3. Check Warehouse Information > Edit


4. Add details and Save


Note: This will be reflected as the pickup address for the 3rd party logistics services.
