User Guide | Option to Delete Catalogue Products

Hello Everyone,


We are delighted to introduce a new feature in OMS that facilitates the seamless management of product catalogues. Users now have the capability to delete unused, test, or mistakenly created SKUs, ensuring that the Catalogue section remains organized and aligned with business objectives.  
 
These improvements provide OMS users with a more efficient and streamlined catalogue management experience. 


Use Case

 

This enhancement allows users to delete Channel SKUs (CKSU) individually through the OMS user interface or in bulk via a convenient upload option. Additionally, a validation mechanism has been implemented to prevent the deletion of Channel SKUs associated with existing orders, safeguarding against any disruptions in the downloading of sales and order reports.

Steps to follow


1. Login to Anchanto OM.


2. Navigate to Catalogue Tab > Seach the product to be deleted


3. Select the option to delete: 


If deleted from Sales Channel, then the SKU will be deleted from Sales channel as well as from OMS.

If deleted from OMS, then the SKU will be deleted only from OMS and not from sales channel. 


4. To delete the SKU via bulk action select the 'Bulk Delete Products from OMS' option from the Actions button. 

    Download the sample sheet and update the SKUs details.
