We're thrilled to announce the integration of Shipping Method Management directly into the OMS UI, a change set to simplify tasks for our Care and Implementation teams. This marks Phase 1 of the shipping methods feature revamp.
Phase 1 Highlights:
During this initial phase, our focus is on easing the configuration process for our teams. Now, they can seamlessly manage shipping methods within the familiar OMS UI, eliminating the need for navigating multiple admin panels.
Streamlined Configuration: With shipping method management integrated into the OMS UI, our teams can efficiently create/manage shipping methods without the hassle of switching between different interfaces.
Customer Focus: This update particularly benefits our customers in the EU market, where diverse webstores and shipping carriers are common. By addressing operational inefficiencies, we aim to enhance the overall shipping experience for our users in this region.
Time Savings: Our streamlined process means significant time savings for our teams, especially the FR team. By centralizing shipping method management, we're enabling them to focus more on strategic tasks and providing better support to our customers.
No Disruption for Customers: Existing customers can rest assured that this update won't disrupt their current shipping methods or order processing. The transition to the new system is seamless, ensuring continuity in operations and a smooth experience for all.
Phase 2 Preview:
Looking ahead to Phase 2, we'll introduce further enhancements to our shipping management capabilities. This includes seamless integration with WMS and improvements to the user interface, allowing sellers to self-serve with minimal involvement from the Implementation team.
