We are thrilled to announce a new enhancement for manual product details field retrieval in the Order Management System (OMS) from sales channels. This new feature has been added to minimize listing errors.
Use Case
This enhancement enables users to debug listing errors arising from inaccurately fetched optional and mandatory product details in the OMS catalog module.
With manual sync operations, sellers can address these issues in real-time during product listing and field data input with the sales channel.
Video Tutorial
1. Login to Anchanto OM.
2. Navigate to Catalogue Module > Check the product which has error as 'missing mandatory attributes'.
3. Proceed to the product info page
4. Select the 'Sync Attribute' button to fetch this manually form the marketplace.
