Problem Orders
- Problem Orders happens when WMS receives orders that contains Out Of Stock SKUs.
- User needs to replenish the stock if they want to process the order.
- On-hold Orders happens when WMS receives orders while inventory operation such as Stock Take and Stock Transfer still ongoing.
- User needs to complete the inventory operation to release the orders from on-hold state.
- To identify which SKU causing problem click Problem menu and click on the order number. The SKU will be shown in red.
On Hold Orders
- To identify which SKU causing problem click On-Hold menu and click on the order number. The SKU will be shown in red.
