Why do I see this happen?
This happens when the support return setting is disabled for carrier in WMS under carrier settings.
Action required from your end:
1. Check if Support Return setting is enabled for the carrier.
2. To enable this setting, go to Warehouse Setup>Carriers
3. Search the carrier and click the Edit button
4. You will view the details of the carrier
