How to split order

  1. Order splitting is Only available for order that is under "Problem" status in WMS 3.0.
  2. Order splitting is not recommended for online sales channel sync order as the SKU/quantity split information will not be sync back with online sales channel.
  3. When order is split, a new order using same order number with suffix S1 will be created.
  4. Additional shipping label is required for the new split order.
  5. User can select specific SKU and quantity to be split, an appropriate quantity and/or SKU to be split is require for the action.

    To split order in WMS 3.0

    Step-1: Login to WMS 3.0
    Step-2: Go to "Order" module
    Step-3: Select "Problem" sub module
    Step-4: Search for the order, click on "Split Order" under action column.
    Step-5: Select SKU and/or Quantity to be split, click confirm to proceed.
