How to Enable/Disable Return Support option for the Carrier

 

  • On your WMS account, go to Warehouse module.

  • Select the respective Warehouse from the drop-down menu (if required) and go to Carriers.

  • Search for the respective Carrier and click on Edit option under the Actions column.

  • On the Edit Carrier page, check/uncheck the Support Return option under Support section and click on Update button at the bottom.

  • Support Return option is updated for the carrier.
