How to put orders On-Hold in WMS

 

  • Login into your WMS account.
  • Go to Orders module -> Select whether it’s a B2C or B2B order -> Select the Warehouse and search the order/s in either All or New.

  • Scroll to the right side of the order and under Actions column click on .On the drop-down, select On Hold.A screenshot of a computer

  • On the pop-up you get, mention the reason for putting the order On-Hold and click on Confirm.

  • Selected orders will be moved to On-Hold.


  • Similarly, you can put the Problem Orders as well On-Hold.
    Same can be done by:
    1. Select the respective Problem Orders by going to Orders module -> Select whether it’s a B2C or B2B order -> Select the Warehouse and search the order/s in either All or New..
    2. Click on Actions tab on the top of the order list and select Bulk On Hold option from the Drop-Down.
