- Login into your WMS account.
- Go to Orders module -> Select whether it’s a B2C or B2B order -> Select the Warehouse and go to On-Hold.
- Search for the respective order/s.
- Scroll to the right and click on Release option under Actions column.
- You can also release the orders in bulk.
- Select the multiple orders.
- Click on the Actions button that will appear on the top and select Bulk Release.
- Once you click to Release the order/s, you’ll get a pop-up.
Mention the reason to release the orders from On-Hold and click on Confirm.
- Order/s will be released back to the state from which they were put On-Hold.
